Most information below is directed towards the scrapped major update of the original game.
Description
The upcoming content provides insight into future entities, items, and game mechanics, among other things. Information and leaks that have been revealed here were shared by Zvardin or RealCat.
X-100 is an upcoming X-variant of A-100 meant to be added into the Recoded Update of Interminable Rooms. It is the first X-treme game mode exclusive entity players would encounter throughout their run.
The entity's mechanic is unknown due to Zvardin likely forgetting about it. Oddly enough, on February 13th 2024, Zvardin added a joke version of X-100 to the official game for a limited amount of time. The joke version of X-100 is extremely similar to A-100, however, it is noticeably faster in both speed and checking lockers.
Appearance
X-100 would've taken the appearance of 5 distinct green faces that switch and overlap with each other rapidly. It is unknown how it would actually look in-game due to not being released.
The first face is a green, simplistic, masculine-like face. The eyes, nose, and mouth only use simple lines for their shapes. The eyes appear to gaze to its right.
The second face appears to be a bright green, unnerving face, bearing the emotion of cheekiness. The mouth is hung open and stretched horizontally, while its eyes are seen gazing directly at the player.
The third face takes the appearance of 5 green spherical eyeballs. There is a single eye in the middle of the sprite that stares at the player. The other eyes appear to orbit around this eye as they are seen looking at it with a slight motion-blur effect that could represent orbiting.
The fourth face is a green face with broken, withered runoff. It has elongated pupils and appears to be looking to its left. The nose is shaped like an arrowhead pointing upward, and its mouth resembles a realistic jaw with rounded rectangular teeth.
The fifth, or the last face appears to be a green, sinister smile with elongated eyes. It is an edited version of the popular Jeff the Killer face.
Notes
The joke version of X-100 doesn't have a jumpscare, unlike most of the entities.
Trivia
X-100 was showcased inside the Interminable Rooms official discord server when the cancellation of the game was announced.
It was rumored that X-100 will be added on the 13th of February because of this joke post in the wiki, along with E-100 being added on the 20th of the same month.
Zvardin has confirmed that it was a joke and that the two will NOT be added on those dates, nor will they be added soon enough.
As a response to this joke, X-100 by technicality has been added on that date, however obviously as a joke given its degraded design. It will spawn with a noticeably higher-pitched sound cue than its normal counterpart, and act similarly to them at a quicker pace.[1]
M-120-B is an upcoming A-120 minion meant to be added into the Recoded Update of Interminable Rooms. It is one of the three A-120 minions players would encounter throughout their run.
M-120-B wanders in the current room, breaking tables and forcing any players in them to exit, heavily damaging them, making it a difficult entity to avoid.
M-120-C is an upcoming A-120 minion meant to be added into the Recoded Update of Interminable Rooms. It is one of the three A-120 minions players would encounter throughout their run.
M-120-C wanders in the current room, shooting orbs that explode into puddles. These puddles can damage players.
X-120 is the upcoming X-variant of A-120 meant to be added into the Recoded Update. The entity is the second X-treme game mode exclusive entity players would encounter throughout their run.
The entity's mechanic is unknown, due to Zvardin likely forgetting about it.
Appearance
X-120 appears as a wide, red grin, accompanied by a singular eye, being right side up unlike its normal counterpart. It would likely switch through multiple different versions of its sprite, including the unmodified one, a glitchier one with noise and random areas of its sprite slightly offset, one that is flipped upside down with a wavy effect on it, and a frowning sprite with its pupil dilated and its eye sideways.
It's unknown how it would actually look in-game due to not being released.
Trivia
X-120's original design was made on March 2nd, 2023.[1]

XM-120 is the upcoming X-variant of M-120 meant to be added into the Recoded Update of Interminable Rooms. The entity is the third X-treme game mode exclusive entity players would encounter throughout their run.
The entity's mechanic is unknown, due to Zvardin likely forgetting about it.
Trivia
The reason why there is no XM-120-B and XM-120-C yet, because X-120 and XM-120 were made before them.[1]
X-150 is the upcoming X-variant of A-150 meant to be added in the Recoded Update. The entity is the fourth X-treme game mode exclusive entity players would encounter throughout their run.
The entity's mechanic is unknown, due to Zvardin likely forgetting about it.
Appearance
X-150 appears as a scribbly smile, with the entity's eyes being the XD face, and a somewhat laughing mouth. It would have emitted a blue glow, which would causes it to appear blue in-game.
Strategy
None, As X-150 isint even ingame.
Trivia
X-150 had only two frames made, the first and third.
X-150's image was black, but only to make drawing it easier, as it would be inverted when finished.
X-150 had an old image design that was replaced due to unknown reasons.[1]
X-150's original design was made on March 2nd, 2023.[2]

X-183 is the upcoming X-variant of A-183 meant to be added into the Recoded Update of Interminable Rooms. The entity is the fifth X-treme game mode exclusive entity players would encounter throughout their run.
The entity's mechanic is unknown, due to Zvardin likely forgetting about it.
Appearance
X-183 is a pixelated, monochrome face with U-shaped eyes, along with it looking like there's a lot of splotches of ink around those, and a smiling mouth. Its screaming animation shows it opening its mouth to show many rows of teeth, with applied noise and color-splitting effects.
Trivia
X-183 has an admin-exclusive version that is made by RealCat.
X-183 was going to be an admin exclusive entity in Interminable Rooms: Rebuilt, since the game wasn't planned to have X-variants.
On X-183's second frame, there is a missing pixel on the left side of its mouth. This is likely a coloring error.
X-183 never had a redesign, unlike other X-variant entities.[1]
IB-278 replaces the regular A-278 in a Type 2 raid. The entity's mechanic is unknown, but it is stated that it has "unique powers while still not being able to damage you," suggesting that it is going to have a unique mechanic while not being able to damage the player but would still hinder the player's progress.[1]
Appearance
IB-278 appears to be a smiling yellow face with 4 eyes (2 in each eye socket) and some kind of "ink" under its mouth and eyes.
Trivia
IB-278's joke name is Mart.
IB-278 had an old design that was later replaced, due to it looking too ugly.[2]
E-100 is one of the upcoming entities meant to be added into the Recoded Update of Interminable Rooms, The entity is the fifth Section E entity players would've encounter throughout their run, and based on their name, it is likely that E-100 is intended to act as an A-100 counterpart though it is unsure if there would've been a slight change in its behavior, like E-60.
It can be assumed that E-100 would've spawned from the Lobby — or the intermediate room if players started from Section A — and would rush to the current room and inspect every rusty locker in the room. However, as stated above, there is a possibility that a change in its behavior to differentiate it from A-100.

Notes
Do not hide in lockers, it's been confirmed due to zvardin saying E-100 would smash down lockers, indicating it would kill players inside.
Trivia
E-100 is the third entity in Section E to be a doppelgänger, in release order, being a doppelgänger of A-100. It is the fifth doppelgänger overall.
The way E-100 kills the player is by bringing the entire locker up and brutally smashing it down with the player inside.[2]
This is not shown in-game, however.
According to Zvardin, E-100's real name is Yar Har Harington.[3]
According to Zvardin, E-100 talks like a pirate.[4]
E-100's first face is a placeholder, as the final design was never made.[5]
E-100's age was said to be "4823(1 + 25 * 98) - 1(12000 / 240) * 10956(1 - 4930) - 20394856(90 * 30) + 1290(90 + 20102 * 2019) - 1792193".[6]
This results in 100.
Its age was jokingly said to be "20(1 * 20) / 10 * 912(59 + 2)".[7] This results in 2225280.
There is an official sound recording of E-100escaping, which was posted by Freeman on (now-archived) IR server.

E-125 is an entity that was planned to be added to Section E. It would mimic a hiding spot in the room. If the player were to enter the fake hiding spot, they would be killed by E-125.
Appearance
E-125 would take the appearance of either a Locker or Table, although with slight differences, such as there being eyes on the hiding spot.
Strategy & Tips
Look for slight differences before entering any hiding spot past room E-125.
Notes
TBA
Trivia
E-125 would have been another entity created by Section E itself instead of being an entity hired by A-350, similar to E-42 and E-230.[1]
E-230 is a entity that will reside in Section E and will be added in a future update of Interminable Rooms. It will make its debut at room E-230, though its mechanic is currently unknown, but it was confirmed that it'll rush to the current room (see the image in the gallery). It is the first entity to spawn after E-200, thereby filling the 200 room interval between the latter and Section V.
The entity was initially planned to be scrapped due to the cancellation of the game, but since it has been re-continued, E-230 is planned to return along with a few changes to its appearance.
Appearance
E-230 appears as a crimson-red amorphous mass that has a similar appearance to the section's design. It appears to have a mouth near the center of its body, appearing open, revealing a set of teeth. It noticeably has no eyes, and it is unsure whether it had a glow like most entities do.
Strategy & Tips
None so far; to be added as soon as its mechanic is made public.
Notes
Unknown as the entity's behavior is completely unknown and therefore notes on the entity cannot be made.
Trivia
E-230 would've been the second entity to be added into Section E in the Recoded Update, however it has been scrapped.
This entity is no longer scrapped following the re-continuation of the game.
If not obvious, E-230's appearance is often joked for being similar to that of the crew-mate from Among Us, however Zvardin has stated this was unintentional.
Zvardin has been questioned regarding E-230's mechanic, though when questioned he simply responded with a shrug emoji, implying that its mechanic wasn't likely decided by that point.
E-230 is intended to be a 3-D entity, similarly to John. [2]
E-230 is currently planned to receive a redesign.[3]
Like E-42, E-230 is also apart of Section E and was not hired by A-350 (proof in gallery below).
E-300 is a upcoming entity to Interminable Rooms, its mechanic is currently unknown, however it's theorized to be an A-300 doppelgänger, akin to E-60 or E-100.
Appearance
E-300 appears as a 2D singular eye with a white sclera, and a blue radial gradient that roughly intensifies from white to navy blue, acting as an iris or pupil. The sides of the eye are somewhat grainy and faded, with some tiny follicles/specs of blue.
E-387 is (likely) the 7th (10th if you are including E-100, E-230 and E-300) and the last entity you will encounter in Section E. It will start to appear just 13 doors before Section V. Our only knowledge of this entity existing is when Zvardin uploaded a picture captioned “E-387”. Since this entity appears so late in Section E, it could be really hard to deal with or a final boss (since in IR Rebuilt, A-350 was a final boss) entity.
Appearance
E-387 will be redesigned in the future, probably due to it being too simple.
E-387 has blue eyes and a white mouth with black highlights.
BOMR-5 is one of the variants of V-5 that would be added in the Recoded Update. It would place down bombs that would likely explode, damaging players.[1] It's unknown if the bombs are able to damage hiding players.
Appearance
BOMR-5 appears to be a cyclops with a very apparent smile. The entity itself is fitted with a light-red outline. Its circular eye has a black sclera, a very thin red iris, and a dilated pupil.
Strategy & Tips
TBA
Trivia
The BOMR in BOMR-5's name likely stands for "BOMBER".
GST-5 is one of the variants of V-5 that would be added in the Recoded Update. GST-5 would move by phasing through the walls of Section V.[1] It would then possess a player and make them kill other players, with them having no control at all.[2] If it possesses a player, and they are the only player in the server, it would make them do a sick backflip instead.[3]
Appearance
GST-5 appears to be a frowning face with a cyan color scheme, having oval-shaped eyes and iris, although the irises aren't a complete oval shape.
LASR-5 is one of the variants of V-5 that would be added in the Recoded Update. It would shoot lasers at players, likely damaging them.[1] The player can jump on LASR-5 to damage them, although it occasionally summons a shield to prevent that.[2]
Appearance
LASR-5 looks like a face with a green-tan-like color, square eyes and a square-like frown. LASR-5 appears to be pixelated, like XV-5.
V-86 is one of the upcoming entities that will be added to Section V.
Although the exact mechanic of the entity is not yet known, it will likely be that it spawns in the current room and mimic 3 entities: A-200, A-300 and E-144.
V-86 will likely mimic the mechanics of the entities it mimics; Both A-200 and E-144 mimics would backtrack and target any non-hiding players, and the A-300 mimic would likely spawn previous Section V entities (V-5, V-27, V-35 and V-50).
Appearance
V-86 is a white scribbled face, having two Y-shaped eyes and an open rectangular mouth.
Its old design is similar to the new one, but with a round mouth, pixelated and noisy.
Trivia
Due to V-86 mimicking entities from Section A and Section E, it might be aware of these sections, but probably only these 3 entities.
V-110 is one of the upcoming Section V entities that was just revealed (formerly scrapped).
V-110's mechanic is currently unknown.
Appearance
V-110 has A-60's first design's eyes, edited to be enlarged in the center. V-110's mouth has A-60's fourth face's mouth edited.

V-134
Description
V-134 is one of the many entities that would've been added in the Recoded Update. The entity's mechanic is unknown, as it has not been confirmed what it would do or Zvardin could've forgotten about it.
Appearance
V-134 bears a strong resemblance to A-278 in terms of appearance, featuring black, circular eyes with purple irises. It possesses a wide, open mouth with a purple hue, containing white, circular teeth and a black opening that may suggest the presence of a second layer of dentition. Although no specific information is available regarding the possible coloration of V-134, it has been suggested that it may share some visual similarities with A-278.
Strategy & Tips

V-160
Description
V-160 is an upcoming entity in Section V. It will be the 8th entity in the section, excluding variants.
V-160 would spawn in an arcade machine, likely in the current room, and come out of it, then it would do a scream animation. It would then presumably scream every few seconds and attack a player by biting.[1] It is unknown how much damage it deals.
When it screams it would likely make a loud sound and emit green pixelated soundwave particles.
Appearance
V-160 takes the appearance of a green pixelated face with large eyes. In its idle state, the entity appears to have 2 hollow pupils and a small, round mouth. In-game, V-160 has a lime light.
During its "scream" state, the entity's mouth is open wide, revealing four sharp teeth. The entity's eyes, or pupils, would also undergo a transformation during this state, taking on a portal-like appearance.
It's old design is seen much more different to it's current, as it is a single sprite and much more detailed, although still being pixelated like it's current. This design shares similarities to V-134.
Strategy & Tips
Players will probably have to dodge it or hide behind a wall to avoid being damaged by V-160.

V-220
Description
V-220 is one of the later entities from Section V, hence its name.
Appearance
V-220's design is a scribbled face with swirling spiral eyes, and a moving zigzag mouth.
The rebuilt design is similar, but it has a more "noisy" appearance, as if it were made of TV static. The eyes do not spiral inward like they did before, though they are still swirly, and the size of the mouth fluctuates. The creature is also much smoother with its eyes constantly spinning in a clockwise direction.
Strategy & Tips
V-220 currently does not have a mechanic, as it is not in-game.
Notes
Currently unnecessary. Read above.
Trivia
V-220 has the second largest margin of rooms between itself and the previous entity (that being V-160) in Interminable Rooms history, being 60 rooms. The biggest is E-300 and E-387, at 87.
V-220 is one of the only entities (to current knowledge) in Section V to have a Rebuilt design. The other two are V-5 and V-247.
V-220 has one of, if not the current largest spritesheet of all upcoming entities, if not every entity in Interminable Rooms history, at a whopping 50 frames. However, this only goes for its Rebuilt design: its regular design is only 4 frames.

Description
V-247 will be the tenth entity you will encounter in the V-Section.
All that is known about this entity's mechanic is that it will ambush from the ceiling with some sort of sound cue.
Appearance
V-247 appears to be a pixelated image of a smiling face with elongated, pointed teeth and black liquid dripping from the eyes. The eyes also appear to darken during animation before returning to their original state. V-247 is likely to be represented in-game in purple, as indicated by images of its rebuilt design.

V-264
Description
V-264 would have been the eleventh entity players would meet within Section V, and it has four sprites as eleborated in the description. There is a behaivor, but zvardin didn't confirmed it.
Its mechanic may be similar to A-264, but its uncomfirmed.
Appearance
V-264 takes the form of another entity that rapidly changes faces similar to A-60, with 4 faces. These types of entities are known as “multimonsters”, getting their name from Nicorocks’ nickname of A-60, The Multimonster.
The first face resembles a distorted purple mask. It has two glowing, narrow eyes positioned close together, and a wide, glowing smile that appears carved into its design.
This face looks like a white, melted ghost-like structure. The mouth is wide and hollow, while its eyes are irregular and appear carved into its shape.
The third face is highly pixelated and colorful, with bright static-like dots scattered across its eyes and mouth. It has large circular eyes with glowing irises and a jagged, static-filled grin.
The fourth face features a black base with several glowing, 4 white circular eyes arranged in a scattered pattern, forming an eerie, wide smile that looks stitched together by glowing dots.

V-383
Description
This was supposed to be a scrapped entity that was shown during the discontinuation announcement of Interminable Rooms. However, it will be added because of the recontination of Interminable Rooms.
There isn't much known about this entity.
Appearance
It appears to be an edited version of one of A-60 faces (specifically the second design,) but purple, shiny, shimmering reflectively, slightly shorter in design and its mouth has been greatly altered. The two void black eyes seem to be barely affected.
S-15 is currently an unreleased entity planned to roam Section S, being a doppelganger of A-15. It is the first entity players will encounter upon arriving to the section, and as it name implies, it will make its debut at room S-015. It was initially scrapped due to Interminable Rooms being momentarily canceled, however with the continuation of the game, the entity may have a chance to be added into the game in a later update.
S-15 would act like the entity it is a doppelganger of, rushing to the current room and de-spawning once reaching the closed door.
Due to the entity not being added yet, its mechanic is subject to change and could possibly differ greatly from the original mechanic or simply remain the same.
Appearance
S-15 takes on the appearance of a distressed expression; two eyes with white sclera and no visible irises which gaze directly at the viewer. The entity also has two visible rows of round teeth, which appear somewhat realistic. Around its mouth and eyes appears a black foggy stain which give off the appearance of tears near its eyes and appear to make a frowning outline for its mouth.
Strategy & Tips
To be added, as S-15 has yet to be added into the game.
Notes
None so far, but S-15's mechanic would likely be similar to a rusher entity like A-15.
Trivia
The entity would've had an X-Variant by the name of XS-10, however unlike S-15, it will not be added due to Section S being planned to not have any X-Variants.
S-40 is the second entity players would encounter within Section S. All that is known about S-40's mechanic is that it would blind the player for a couple of seconds.
Appearance
It heavily resembles U-40 itself, except its eyes are smaller when compared to its mouth, its mouth seems to be taller than U-40 and it's eyes and mouth are slightly darker than U-40. In its jumpscare sprite, it has noticeably visible teeth.
Notes
So uhh remember to hide when he appears because he will blind you and you would die from the other entities coming
Trivia
S-40 was the inspiration of U-40 from the HOAX Section U.
S-40's jumpscare frame might actually be the entity laughing, judging by the original image name being "facelaugh".
S-90 is a smiling face mostly made of static, with mild glitch effects.
Old S-90 is similar, however with less detail. It appears to be an altered version of the Winning Smile, and has glitching effects as well (a jitter effect and a fringe effect specifically).
Strategy & Tips
S-90 would have one of three forms (red, green or blue) and would split into 3 during its lifetime. These 3 clones would circle around the player, and players would have to click on the one with the same color as the original S-90. However, as S-90 is not in-game yet, players do not need to worry about an attack from the entity.
Trivia
Unlike the others, S-90 does not share the same room number as its hoax counterpart.

S-130, colloquially known as 'The Sentinel', is one of the entities the player will find in Section S. It's planned to be released in future updates.
Appearance
S-130 appears as a distorted face with dilated pupils, angled eyes and sharp teeth with a tongue visible.

Trivia
A-150 was originally thought to have S-130's nickname, The Sentinel.
S-130 had 2 old designs.
S-130 is the second entity with a visible tongue, the first being Trollface-90 and the third being E-111. Excluding joke and temporary entities, S-130 would be the only entity with one.
S-130 originally had an X-Variant made when it had its first design, but it was scrapped.[2]
S-150 is the fifth entity in Section S, appearing 20 rooms after the previous entity and 40 rooms before the next entity. It will be a doppelgänger of A-150, having the same mechanic of checking lockers in the current room.
Appearance
S-150 appears to be a frowning scribble, similar to A-150, with X-shaped eyes that spin. It will have a blue color in-game.
Strategy & Tips
To survive an attack from S-150, players must get in hiding spots that are not a gray locker.
